I made this one for the Childrens Illustrator Club 
There's not much conceptual sense, I just thought it could be funny if one of Santa's personal assistants had a big time with our xmas decoration, hey, he has to have some fun at work!

[Update: I've removed a previous version 'cause I didn't like it, this is more focused on the only important thing: the elf hanging of the lights]
